Thank you. Payment options: Please e-mail Miramar for her mailing address or if already enrolled, you may pay in class. Please include your class day and time, address, phone and E-mail address with your registration. If using Paypal send me a note with this information. Please also check to make sure your class is happening before attending. If you have provided me with your information and class cancels I will contact you via e-mail or telephone. If you register late or do not provide this information then I can't contact you - so please either phone me a couple days before class starts or check my website. In addition on the first day of a new session I record a new voice mail on my phone with the status of the class that is happening that day so you can check by calling 540-888-4344. SESSION DISCOUNTS: Deduct $5 from tuition if paid by the discount date. This discount date usually falls on the last meeting date of each session so it is easy to remember! Sorry, no discounts accepted after discount date. *MOTHER/DAUGHTER/SISTERS SPECIAL: Mom/Sister pays full price, daughters/sisters under 18 pay $40/sessoin. ADDITIONAL CLASSES: Currently registered full-time students may attend additional BellyBasic classes for $8 each at various locations where Miramar teaches**. PARTIAL ATTENDANCE: Unable to take whole session? If space is available and drop-ins are permitted, you may pay the weekly rate of $12 per class. Pay for 2 or more classes at a time to receive a discount. $11.00 per class x the total for each session’s remaining classes to be paid in advance. Example: You can only attend 2 classes this session. Then pay 2 x $11 = $22 *Drop-in cost for daughter/sister$8. Partial attendance cost $7. Cancellation due to low enrollment: If class cancels due to low enrollment, your uncashed check or PayPal payment will promptly be refunded. **Frederick County Parks and Recreation classes do not qualify for make-ups or drop-ins. You must be registered through FCPR to attend; in addition, FCPR fees apply. SNOW DAYS: If class is cancelled due to foul weather, student make make up the missed class on another night and/or an additional class may be added to session dates. Notification will be made by E-mail. Students without E-mail will be telephoned at the number they have provided and the cancellation will be posted on Miramar’s homepage: www.bellydancewithmiramar.com and also added to her telephone announcement. |
