Tribelle Chic is an improvised style of group dancing that originated
from American Tribal Style belly dance which was created by
Carolena Nerico of FatChanceBellyDance.  Tribelle Chic is an
offshoot of a dance style called Tribal Odyssey which was created by
Kawakib and Miramar  in 2001.  In 2011, Miramar has evolved this
artform into the more feminine, more flirty, more Egyptian-based
Tribelle Chic!  This artform includes dancing with Pots of Flame and
exciting sword!

Tribelle Chic is very different from most forms of ATS in that the
dancers wear colorful, jewel-tone costumes and dance to mostly
uplifting, light and cheerful sounding music.

Students who perform Tribelle Chic are afforded many opportunities
to perform at informal haflas, dance recitals and other events.
Tribelle Chic is all about fun, creative expression and an opportunity
for both the novice and professional dancer to perform.
