| This is a beginning level belly dance class where you will learn all the basic moves to create your own belly dance routine: from basic isolations to washing machine shimmies, traveling steps, zil playing, beautiful veil work and more! Belly Dancing is a wonderful way to stay in shape, lose weight, be creative, reduce stress, make friends, have fun and much, much more. Join Miramar for a six-week session followed by a 4-week session this spring.
