REFUND POLICY: Classes offered through Frederick County Parks and Recreation follow
FCPR refund policy. Students need to contact them directly.
Classes offered through Miramar's Danse Arabesque are not refundable unless student has a
written doctor's excuse stating that she/he is no longer able to continue with Middle Eastern
dance classes. A credit for missed classes may be given if Miramar is notified in a timely manner
and if the student has a valid reason. Should a refund or credit be given, it is based on the
amount paid and the number of classes that a student has attended in a given session, and
pro-rated based on the individual circumstance. If student pays by 4 class sessions and attends
1 or 2 classes, the rate per class will be based on the drop-in rate and not the discounted
monthly rate. When a student has paid for a 3 month session and is issued a refund, the same
reasoning applies.
